VillageHER – Customer Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 18th April 2026 1. About VillageHER VillageHER (“VillageHER”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online platform that connects customers with independent businesses offering products and services. VillageHER acts solely as a facilitator and is not a provider of goods or services. 2. Acceptance of Terms By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. 3. Role of VillageHER VillageHER: Is not a party to transactions between you and Businesses Does not supply, deliver, or control products or services Does not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes All transactions are directly between you and the Business. 4. Bookings, Purchases, and Payments When you make a booking or purchase: You are entering into an agreement with the Business The Business is responsible for fulfillment, delivery, and service quality Payment processing (if applicable) may be handled by third parties VillageHER is not responsible for failed transactions or service delivery. 5. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate information Communicate respectfully with Businesses Review service details before booking or purchasing Attempt to resolve issues directly with the Business first 6. Disputes and Resolution If an issue arises: Contact the Business directly Allow reasonable time for resolution If unresolved, you may contact info@villageher.com. VillageHER may assist at its discretion but: Is not obligated to intervene Does not guarantee any outcome Is not liable for dispute results 7. Reviews and Feedback You may leave reviews on Businesses. You agree that reviews: Are honest and based on genuine experience Are not abusive, defamatory, or misleading VillageHER may remove reviews that breach these standards. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, VillageHER is not liable for: Any loss, damage, or injury arising from a Business’s product or service Dissatisfaction, delays, or disputes Indirect or consequential loss Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law. 9. Platform Use You must not: Use the Platform unlawfully Provide false or misleading information Interfere with the Platform’s operation VillageHER may suspend or terminate your access for breaches. 10. Intellectual Property All Platform content is owned by or licensed to VillageHER and must not be copied or used without permission. 11. Privacy Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 13. VillageHER – Business Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 18th April 2026

About VillageHER VillageHER provides an online platform for Businesses to list, promote, and sell products and services to Customers. VillageHER acts solely as a technology provider and marketplace facilitator.
Acceptance of Terms By registering or using VillageHER as a Business, you agree to these Terms.
Business Responsibilities As a Business, you are solely responsible for: Delivering all products and services Accuracy of listings, pricing, and availability Customer communication and support Compliance with all applicable laws (including Australian Consumer Law) Ensuring services are safe, lawful, and fit for purpose
Independent Contractor Status You operate as an independent entity. Nothing in these Terms creates: A partnership Joint venture Employment relationship
Listings and Content You agree that: All content is accurate and not misleading You have rights to all images, branding, and materials used VillageHER may remove or modify listings at its discretion.
Fees and Subscriptions All fees are non-refundable unless required by law Subscriptions must be managed by you via the Platform Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period VillageHER may update pricing with notice Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal.
Transactions and Payments All transactions are between you and the Customer. You are responsible for: Fulfilling orders Managing refunds, cancellations, and disputes Handling taxes, GST, and financial obligations VillageHER does not guarantee sales or payments.
No Guarantee of Results VillageHER does not guarantee: Sales, bookings, or revenue Visibility or engagement Business growth
Customer Disputes You agree to: Make reasonable efforts to resolve customer issues promptly Communicate professionally VillageHER may assist but is not responsible for outcomes.
Reviews and Reputation Customers may leave reviews. VillageHER reserves the right to: Remove inappropriate reviews Take action where Businesses engage in misconduct
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, VillageHER is not liable for: Loss of income, revenue, or opportunity Customer disputes or claims Platform interruptions or technical issues Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify VillageHER against any claims arising from: Your products or services Your breach of these Terms Customer disputes or legal claims
Platform Rules and Conduct You must not: Mislead customers Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct VillageHER may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.
Suspension and Termination VillageHER may: Suspend or remove your account Remove listings Restrict access This may occur without notice where necessary.
Intellectual Property You grant VillageHER a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for: Platform display Marketing and promotion
Privacy You must handle customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Changes to Terms VillageHER may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
