Hi, I’m Kyra — first time mum, registered nurse, and founder of Nest & Nurture 🤍
During my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, I realised how physically exhausting simple things like turning in bed could become - especially with pelvic pain, back pain, broken sleep and recovery. And, yes,this is often dismissed as “normal” and “simply part of pregnancy & postpartum."
When I discovered how much a slide sheet could ease that strain... everything changed. That experience inspired me to create The EasyGlide Slide Sheet - a softer, more comfortable and reusable alternative designed specifically for mums.
