Haze was born out of my belief that authentic connection is what provides clarity and support through 'life's hazy moments'. A creative thinker with a flexible approach, I bring an authentic and transparent approach to my Counselling.
About Haze Counselling
Hi! My name is Steph. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade experience in thefield, supporting individuals and couples. I completed my Bachelor in Psychology, Masters inPsychotherapy & Counselling, and extensive training in modalities such as Emotion-FocussedTherapy (EFT) and other relational therapies like Interpersonal Psychotherapy and a Psychodynamic-approach. I additionally provide women support through my Women's Anxiety Groups, supporting women to feel more confident managing their anxiety and encouraging them in a process of building self-trust.

Women’s anxiety groups
Is Anxiety impacting your life in ways that are difficult to cope with? Have you tried reading lots of self-help books, but haven't found tangible things that work for you? Are you tired of band-aid approaches and want something deeper? This is for you.
During the course of 6 weeks, I work with you through my 4-Stage Blueprint on working on your anxiety, to become more confident and secure! This group is semi-structured and relational, which means there will be exploration of experiences of anxiety and guided skills-based learning and psycho education.
Groups are limited to 4 women and will run for 6 weeks at a time, with 1.5 hours per session.
Counselling for individuals
Whether you're burnt out and feeling unfulfilled with your direction, or you're having difficulty processing something that's happened in your past, my one-on-one counselling is designed to help you gain clarity and overcome your challenges.
Counselling for couples
Whether you're in your first romantic relationship and unsure how to properly navigate it all, or you've been married for a while and feeling disconnected, my relationship counselling is designed to help you address your challenges and build a healthier dynamic.
