A: Yes! Business members can access our business members section with access to exclusive member only events, member forums, monthly newsletters and more.
Q: Who is your audience?
A: Nationwide : Metro + regional + rural. VillageHER is a largely female audience but everyone is welcome!
Q: Do you do collaborations?
A: Yes! Email info@villageher.com with the service, experience or product you want to collaborate on and we can provide you with information on what is involved, we would love to work with you!
Q: If I sign up, will I definitely get customers?
A: No ethical platform guarantees this, but we create more pathways for the right people to find you.
Q: Can I reach out to other businesses to collaborate and network?
A: Yes! We encourage you to network and collaborate with other business members, that’s what it is all about. Please don’t try and hard sell things to other members, if sales happen organically great however we don’t want people feeling pressured to make purchases.
Q: Do you do content creation and marketing?
A: Yes! Email info@villageher.com and we will send you a price list for our content creation services and chat with you about your vision and how we can help this come alive!
Q: Can business be involved in giveback?
A: Yes! Selected members can collaborate with our community giveback by request
Q: Is there a contract for business subscriptions?
A: No, it’s month to month and you can cancel at anytime. We want you to be here because you want to be not because you have to be! We do offer a discounted rate for when you pay annually and this is non refundable.
Q: How can customers shop?
A: Customers browse shopable catalogues, read blogs and browse the VillageHER business directory then enquire and shop directly from businesses.
Q: What happens after I join as a business?
A: You get a welcome email, build your profile, join the community spaces & member events
Q: What if I have an issue with a purchase or booking?
A: VillageHER are not responsible for handling complaints, refunds or exchanges of any description. VillageHER is a discovery platform that shares general information about events, venues, products and services. All enquires of any nature go directly through the businesses themselves.
Q: Can I update the information on my business profile?
A: Yes! You can update information once every 3 months (contact details are not included in this limit and can be updated at any time by emailing us on info@villageher.com. To update your business information please email us with the changes you wish to make and allow up to 2 weeks for this to be actioned.
Q: Can I advertise here?
A: You can apply to advertise events, activities, venues, performances etc by completing a form on our events and places to go pages events. there is a cost involved. We do not guarantee approval and will only accept advertisements that align with the VillageHER vision, values & vibes! You can also apply to feature in our guides, blogs & businesses directory on the relevant pages.
